We’re looking for an experienced Tally Operator to join our growing team. As a Tally Operator at Skylance, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and recording our financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting data. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in Tally software, we’d love to have you on board.

• Record and manage daily financial transactions using Tally ERP.
• Maintain and update accounting ledgers, invoices, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor and reconcile account balances, bank statements, and payment details.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and take corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Result-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Tally Certification or proven experience using Tally ERP.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
